We want you to love your Stephanie Gottlieb jewelry, which is why we offer a seamless return process for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom designs and personalized engraved pieces are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid insured shipping label will be generated for you to download and print.

• 3.
  Package Your Jewelry

  Securely place the jewelry in its original SG packaging and include all certificates or appraisals to avoid a replacement fee.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the designated carrier and retain your receipt; your refund or credit will be processed once our gemologists verify the item's condition.
